Great site tucked away in a very peaceful location. So much space per pitch. Excellent toilet and shower facilities. Very pleasant owners. The fantastic view of the stars in the sky at night show how little light pollution is around. Saying this you are only 2.5 miles from Malton, a lovely small village full of character. A great location. A lovely short break in the superb North Yorkshire moors.
An excellent site for a quite time in the country. The on site facilities are first class and a lot better than some 5 star sites we have stayed at. The proprietors are very welcoming and work hard to keep the site up to a high standard. We had a most enjoyable stay and will return.

What a lovely little site, situated on the owners farm. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a great touring base this site has to be on your list. Toilet and shower block spotless. There is a washing up area and waste disposal point, beautiful setting and very nice owners. We visited Malton ( very nice) Had a day in Bridlington ( lovely seaside town and great fish and chips ( busy bees on the harbour ) To sum up our visit this site is on our must visit again list you wont be disappointed with a stay here
Another fantastic four day stay here. I can only repeat what I said in my own [last years] reviews about this site, so I wont bore you with it. Just suffice to say '10 out of 10 on all counts'.
Whilst there, we dashed into Whitby one night, just for Fish&Chips, We had a day watching the trains [chasing them and drinking coffee on the stations] on the route of the North Yorks Moors Railway, a brief foray into Pickering and few hours relaxing in both Thornton-le-Dale & Helmsley.
And we will definitely be returning [at least another once] this year. We might actually get to look around Malton itself, because it looks a lovely little town.
Just one thing. Don't trust your sat-nav, coming from Malton town itself, it will try to send you down the road about 100yds before the turning you actually need.
